Travel & safety disclaimer

This site is not an airline, regulator, dangerous-goods shipper or legal adviser.

Drone Air Travel is an independent informational tool. It does not provide airline authorization, legal advice, dangerous-goods certification or a guarantee that an item will be accepted at check-in, security or the gate.

Information may be incomplete or become outdated after publication. Always verify the exact itinerary with the operating airline’s current official source shortly before departure, especially for 2027+ travel or when the checker shows CHECK, VERIFY or prior approval.

The checker covers passenger-baggage carriage only. It does not determine whether owning, importing, exporting, registering or flying a drone is legal at your origin, transit point or destination, and it does not cover cargo shipment rules.

Damaged, swollen, recalled, leaking, modified, improperly labelled or otherwise unsafe batteries may be rejected regardless of capacity. Do not use this site to justify carrying a battery that appears unsafe.

Airports, security authorities and operating carriers may impose stricter or route-specific requirements. Codeshares should be checked against the operating carrier, not only the marketing airline.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the information is provided without warranty and at the user’s own risk. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

For batteries outside ordinary passenger limits, unclear Wh markings, unusual quantities or any approval-required case, contact the airline or a qualified dangerous-goods provider before travel.
