What matters for this exact combination
Ryanair requires drones to travel in the cabin and limits drone batteries to 100 Wh. Spare lithium batteries and power banks stay with the passenger in cabin baggage; power banks count within the published spare-battery total.
Ryanair note: Drone batteries above 100 Wh are not accepted. Up to 20 spare lithium batteries are published, including up to 2 power banks; keep spare batteries/power banks on your person or under the seat, not in the overhead locker.
