Quick rule summary

Drones may be carried in hand baggage. A drone without batteries may be checked. Batteries over 100 Wh up to 160 Wh require approval; batteries over 160 Wh are not accepted.

Important: Qatar Airways publishes a maximum of 20 spare batteries regardless of type; power banks count toward that total. The current encoded power-bank screen remains two units at no more than 100 Wh each, while 100–160 Wh drone/spare batteries require Qatar Airways approval and are limited to two.
